At Kliksy, we want you to love what you order - but we also know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
We accept returns or refunds only in the following cases:
Item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong product
To be eligible, you must:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
Because our products are shipped directly from suppliers and often made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect sizing or preference
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Contact us by completing your details in the 'Contact' page with your order number and issue.
We’ll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
If approved, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
If your item hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please contact us. We’ll investigate and offer a resolution.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to customs or postal disruptions beyond our control.
